Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Costs

Standard UK Delivery: £5 (free for orders over £79)

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL, etc. to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details (if applicable).You can use the tracking link to check your delivery status.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept the delivery, our courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. If the parcel is returned to us due to missed deliveries or incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.

 

8. Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, extreme weather).
